Refund and Returns Policy

At Skill Kamps, we strive to ensure our students receive the best training in Visual Identity, UI/UX, and AI Design. Because our camps have limited seats and involve live mentorship, we have established the following policy.
1. Camp Enrollment & Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the request:
- Full Refund: Requests made 7 days or more before the camp start date.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 2 to 6 days before the camp start date.
- No Refund: Requests made within 48 hours of the start date or after the camp has begun.
2. Digital Products
For any downloadable assets, recorded masterclasses, or digital templates, all sales are final. Once access is granted, these items are non-refundable.
Important Note
Please note that transaction fees charged by payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or local providers) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
